BOXERISM in Kiangsi.
Peking, October 2, 1907.
With reference to my telegram No. 172 of the 30th ultimo, I have the honour to report that I have received the following telegram, dated to-day, from His Majesty's Consul at Kiukiong :
"Priest killed was not of French nationality, as was at first stated, but of Italian. "There is no news of the Germans, whose mission is in dangerous Ning-tu district. The Meikles have gone to Chi-an, and all the English missionaries are now accounted for.
